Operational Committee and contributors
The Operational Committee, which implements the actions validated by the Steering Committee, is made up of actors who are involved daily in the university’s research activities or in direct connection with research units.
Since September 2025, it has been operating on two levels:
- The Expanded Operational Committee, composed of political and administrative representatives (HR, Research, Ongoing Improvement, International Relations), which makes practical decisions regarding the actions and methods to be implemented to monitor the project; this committee meets at least three times a year;
- The Operational Team, which has the political support of senior management and consists of three administrative staff members responsible for the actual implementation of project monitoring: the team meets on average once a week.
